Qualité et raffinement sont les caractéristiques de cet espace gastronomique de l’Isola Bella : de la sélection d’excellentes matières premières au soin apporté à la préparation des plats à déguster sur l’agréable terrasse donnant sur le lac.
Le bistrot Il Fornello Bottega con Cucina est issu de la rénovation des anciennes maisons de pêcheurs du vieux village et doit son nom au four dans lequel les filets de pêche étaient cuits.

Un restaurant et une boutique : les deux âmes du bistrot offrent aux visiteurs la possibilité de choisir l’expérience qu’ils préfèrent. Les ingrédients et les saveurs authentiques, soigneusement choisis parmi les producteurs locaux et les meilleurs produits italiens, peuvent être dégustés au comptoir dans les recettes préparées par le chef Francesco Luoni pour une pause lente ou achetés pour être emportés à la maison comme souvenir du voyage.
